Here are some alternative recipes for the holidays:
Turkey of the Sea
6 cans dark tuna 1 cup mustard
6 cans white tuna 1 dozen eggs
1 pint cottage cheese 2 cups raisins
1 pint mayo
Put all in blender and season to taste. Dump into jello mold or shape your own.
Nuke for 8 min. on high.
Christmas Breakfast--Extreme McMakeover
Broil rice cakes topped with peanuts, peppers, picante and hard-boiled egg.
Simply Dessert
Mash several bananas. Add raisins, choc. chips, p'nut butter.
Layer in bowl alternately with yogurt and slices of avocado. Enjoy!
You have to get creative when you don't want to spend much time in the
kitchen. Sandwiches are always good for a meal in a flash.

Scrumptious medley
Line Atkins-friendly toast or crackers with canned tuna.
Grab a handful of potato chips, crushing them as you remove them from
the bag.
Layer them over the tuna and top with yogurt.
Variation: Peanut butter topped with tuna, smothered with
brown sugar and/or raisins.
Kitchen Sink Sandwich
Melt your favorite cheese on Atkins buttered toast in the
microwave.
Cover solid with golden raisins and fresh melon.
Top with slices of hard-boiled egg.
Tip: The wonder of jam
If you're looking for a new taste, many dishes can be jazzed up
easily simply by adding jam.
